Bought as a gift for Easter, so it hasn't been kid tested yet. But I think it looks inviting and fun.

I think this toy is fun for both parents and toddlers honestly. The gears are so colorful and mesmerizing when you spin them. Already assembled, so you don’t have to worry putting it together. Very sturdy wood and paint is still going strong. No chips so far after a a few months.

I got this for my son for his 4th birthday. He loves it! The gears come off, so I have to be careful he doesn't lose the pieces.

Excellent wooden quality, beautiful vibrant colors (exactly as pictured), a wonderful fine motor control activity teaching cause and effect (remove a gear, and some spin while others don't, ask "what happened here?").The subtle white outline beneath the gears suggests placement of the large vs small gears, but the combination of colors is up to the child.I imagine this to be a toy that grows well with the child, starting with a toddler intrigued by the spinning gears, to spinning it themselves, to taking it apart, to putting back together in a way that spins, to exploring cause and effect of different combinations.Thank you for this heirloom item! It's a deceivingly simple design that looks modern and minimalistic.

I bought this for my grandson who was 15 months at the time. He enjoys placing and then spinning the gears. The toy is well made, all wood and painted bright colors.
