This back brace is the best! This is the third time I bought one because the others didn't do anything. This one is much stiffer in the back and it's nice & in addition to tightening it the front as much as you can, there's two side straps that are Velcro and you can then additionally tighten it more after you have it on. I love it!

It was good but the velcro came off. Maybe rework the design. Not an expert in this area but I was able to get 1 month out of it before it was useless to me.

Going back. Didn’t realize the thing had buckles on it . I’m a petite women and it’s far too wide on my body.
