Ski rope broke the first time it was used in less than 10 seconds while pulling a 72 LB, 9 year old. Rider popped right up and then the sharp edges on the metal adjustment bracket cut the ski rope. The edges of the punched metal bracket were not radiused during manufacture thereby leaving sharp edges.
