The basic binding for the adjustable unit was fine however WHO EVER is replacing a unit that doesn't need new Velcro?! Its used a) in the water, b) put on and off a foot and c) likely was the main part that was the problem. In addition, a $19.00 restocking fee PLUS an added shipment fee of $6.01 is an absolute joke. I would have been fine paying for the shipment fee but you're telling me that it takes $19.00 to open the box, code the item returned and then put it on a shelf? I guess to cover someone's average hourly wage of $19.00 which took them maybe 5 minutes. Will not use this entity again.

I used the ski one time. Second skier on a short run blew the front boot out. Not a wipe out…. not a high impact. Very questionable. Disappointed in Connelly.
