Hybrid meetings can be stressful because either people can’t hear the attendees on zoom or zoom attendees can’t hear the in-person attendees. This 360 speaker solved that and I had my first hybrid meeting with no issues! What’s nice is, if you have some people far away you can pass it around so the speaker can still pick them up. Highly recommend and it was a great price too!

It comes with a nice storage case. I like that more than I should. It's cute, it looks neat, and in terms of functionality it makes it a little easier to carry it and its cable around. It pairs quickly and easily.The sound quality is great, at least for conversations. It can pick voices up at a decent range. Think Dungeons and Dragons players sitting around a table with a few remote members. Clarity is great. Remote players can hear what's going on around the table clearly, and people around the table can hear the remote players clearly.In terms of the battery, it charges quickly and can usually last the full session, but if we go too late it can give out. I suggest a USB battery charger for this kind of use. I've yet you encounter one that doesn't sometimes run out of charge. This is one of the best I've seen.

Item not as described, this is NOT a seller. This is the DIRECT manufacturer; who is willingly scamming, announving FALSE details on THEIR products.Speaker does NOT have 10w as announced. It is only 3w that is the same volume as a mobile device. A total SCAM, useless for calls. misleading scam

The quality of audio is fantastic and it’s very easy for a non-techy person to pair with your cell phone for an incoming call. I love it! My son called and the rich quality made him sound like he was a host on a podcast! We used to have to huddle around the phone on speaker to hear. Wish I’d bought this years ago.My only tweak is that I do wish it came with a full instruction manual. Ours was blinking purple and we couldn’t figure out why. Their customer service was kind enough to explain by email (I missed it at first in my junk folder): “It means NewPie is in the process of turning on. Once it is fully turned on, the flashing should cease.”They also explained in the email how to tell when it’s fully charged and how to read the “level” that it’s currently charged:“To have a rough idea about the charge level, while NewPie is powered on, briefly short press the power button (button with the "N" logo).- For a more accurate assessment of charge level, while NewPie is connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, a percentage based charge level will be shown on the phone's detailed Bluetooth settings interface.“FYI for anyone else who may face these questions.

This is a great all-around speaker. I purchased this device primarily for conferencing purposes. With Zoom, I find the mic quality was not the best when I am about 15 ft away from the device, but if under 8ft, the mic works great. Speaker sound is exceptionally clear and loud enough. And I also recommend it for music playing. It has surprisingly good bass. Battery life is also impressive. It works perfect with my iPhone and MBP.

**UPDATED**Below is my initial review of the NewPie by NewLine portable Bluetooth speaker. After the original review, NewLine Customer Support contacted me and requested any details I could provide about the malfunctioning device I originally received. Their Customer Support inquiries gave me confidence that NewLIne is a company that cares about their products' quality control. Moreover, I had already returned this NewPie speaker for a refund. This was processed through Amazon's Customer Support Team and not through NewLine because I had just missed the return window by a few days. I explained this to NewLine's Customer Support, and without making any request, NewLine sent me a replacement NewPie Bluetooth Speaker. This level of customer support is a rarity, and I was very impressed. This level of Customer Support tells me that NewLine is very confident in its products. and I have used the replacement NewPie portable Bluetooth speaker 4 times without any issues, and parties on the other end of my calls tell me I come across crystal clear. I appreciate NewLine's proactive customer support efforts and their confidence in their products.--Original Review:First off, I am very OCD and as careful as one can be with all my electronics. This conference speaker has a semi-hard cover case molded to fit this speaker. I have used this New Line Portable Conference Speaker only three times. I should say I have used this portable conference speaker from NewLine twice because the mic was totally dead on the third attempt to use it.I have used a variety of portable conference speakers (the eMeet M2, the eMeet M2 Max, two types of Tenveo brand portable conference speakers, and Anker Power Conference S3, to name a few.) This is the worst in terms of product quality. Each of the two times I finished using this speaker, I placed it back in its case (it came with a circular, hardcover storage case) and placed it back in its original box the few times I transported it.I am guessing this is some quality control issue with the mic because the two times it did "work," the listeners on the other end of the calls told me I sounded very quiet. It appears to be the third time that the internal mic just died.The Seller has been unresponsive as of this review, which is unusual for products in this price range, and purchased less than a month and a half ago.

I use this in my office, gets turned on the minute I'm at my desk. Totally replaces my bluetooth earphones which I couldnt ever get comfortable with. Connects to my cellphone via bluetooth instantly & I can go about my work hands free while on phone. Sound is excellent for myself & person I'm speaking with. I also use it to play music & sound quality again is very good. Great value for the money, w/hardshell case.
