Using for my pour in place kitchen and vanity concrete countertops to vibrate them down to fill the gaps and remove air bubbles while still in the form.I just use two screws to attached the vibrator to the form and let it run for a few minutes until I see the concrete settle down and the bubbles come to the surface, and then smooth out the top and level it with a trowel.I set the shake intensity to about one-third by adjusting the position of the counterweights and that seems to be adequate for my purpose.Maybe on a larger top it might need a little more intensity, but with a slightly wetter mix, it works fine as is.I just installed a standard plug, but use a step-on foot switch so I can turn it on and off while keeping an eye on the concrete.Definitely a good buy, especially since I'm using a decorative edge mold that's inverted and could leave voids if not vibrated down which would be an expensive mistake. Also plan on using it when I pour some sidewalks to attach to the forms and vibrate those down as well to eliminate honeycombs in the sides. The item was shipped and received fast and a great price compared to some other options I looked at.5-Stars!

This product is perfect for making your own vibration table. It works wonderfully and has helped me decrease the bubbles in my concrete statuaries and stepping stones.

I needed this for smoothing out the concrete mix. Seems to work well. Not sure why they didn't include a plug for this.

I got this to use on my shaker table. Put dirt on top of the 1/4" wire, turn this on, and holy, it worked better than I expected it to. Yes, it's made for concrete, but honestly, if you're looking at this, you're probably looking to make a shaker table or something else along those lines. This could probably work dipping it into concrete for sure. Anyway, it's worth noting that it doesn't come with a plug, this is more so for someone who is building a piece of equipment, a shaker, hopper, and so forth. It'll work real well for most smaller applications.Nice bonus is that the manufacturer gives specs on how to adjust the plates inside of the shaker to adjust the strength of the shaking, so if you're using this to just make sure powders funnel down in hopper and don't require a lot of force, you can tune this in to work for shaking down material, but not causing damage to the equipment in the process. Good design.

This little thing will be great for a casting table, be it resin or concrete on a smaller scale. I do wish it provided a 5-15 plug end even if I had to install it myself.
