My first compound bow. Overall great experience. Directions were not great but if you look closely at the picture, the directions are manageable. I did find out the hard way that if I max out the weight of the draw, the release will not hold appropriately. Lost an arrow because it released before finishing the draw. For my lack of experience, the arrows are sturdy. Just ask the 4x4 on the back side of my fence and the arrow didn’t fracture in any way. Very quiet in my opinion. Very comfortable in my hands and it’s not heavy enough to fatigue my arms. I would recommend and better “string” to hold the peep sight rather than the rubber hose that it comes with. I have to reset it after every shot. Not a big deal, just annoying. For what you pay, I would say it’s well worth it, especially for a first time bow user.

Opened my box today to start with my new bow. I understand some parts need to be put on, but shouldn't the pull string be attached to the bow? Is there a way to assemble the string to the bow by hand instead of doing a return? Otherwise I like the bow.

After assembly, I attempted to shoot my first arrow & the string popped off!.I was sent a replacement right away. Took it to local bass pro for a custom set up. The new one was worth the hassle. I can’t believe you can get a bow kit THIS nice for that price. Score!

This is a fantastic starter bowl. If you’re looking to dabble in archery this is a great way to get started. I bought this originally to see if my younger brother wanted to get into Archery. What I wasn’t expecting is how much I love this bowl.
