The cloths seem to be just regular micro fiber, but the solutions do a great job of cleaning and polishing our satin black piano. We'll continue to buy the sprays to keep the piano looking like new.

I bought a used Satin Grand and this cleaner and polisher made the piano look brand new! Highly recommend this product for cleaning and polishing your piano. THe key bright is excellent for cleaning the keys as well

Despite several tries, it made the finish worse, with a dull, whitish cast. Perhaps piano had been cleaned with a inappropriate product in the past causing this. The company who sold it, Tech Piano, was very responsive, made suggestions than offered refund.

the piano had been neglected for some time when we bought it the keys were badly stained and a grimey film on the piano itself they must have been smokers anyway the product cleaned it up real well glad I bought it
