The manufacturer contacted me after my return, they explained how to flip the cap to make it compatible. This is a great buy if it’s compatible to your printer.

Thought I would take the chance on these to save some money, and I was a little nervous with the reviews that were negative. I found the negative reviews to not be accurate.First of all, the packaging was excellent. Each bottle is individually sealed in thick plastic bags to prevent leakage during shipment or storage. There was no leakage, but if there was it would have been contained with the packaging design.The bottles performed equal to OE Epson bottles, and if you are familiar with the OE Epson bottles and how they work to refill the ink reservoirs - this works exactly the same way. I saw some rare reviews saying otherwise, claiming they had difficulty and needed to break a seal, but I did not find that to be the case and I have my doubts that they were using it correctly. There was zero spilled ink and the bottle went back on the shelf for a future fill. I would even claim that these bottles could easily be refilled with bulk compatible ink as the tops were a screw on design.So far the print quality looks good. I would say at least 95% as black as original ink If I am being hyper critical which maybe I am. There were no instructions, but if you are familiar with the procedure - it is almost idiot proof.

Used this ink for my work printer and it’s a wonderful alternative. Wish I had this printer at home because ink installation is quick and easy.
