All of a sudden my Epson printer isn't printing so well anymore. Never had a problem with it before.Update: The company reached out several times, very apologetic and offering me a refund. Before I accepted it I ran a deep cleaning on the printer heads. The printer is printing normally again and I haven't had a problem for the month since then.My best guess is that the ink is slightly different from the OEM ink and it did cause some trouble with the print heads, but this seems to be an otherwise resolvable problem.

My office prints EVERY DAY Monday-Friday. We print so much that it becomes expensive for ink. So, I decided to try out this product and wish to continue using it if it doesn't clog my printer. Great news, after a bottle, it did not clog. I was happy. I did not notice the quality. Until a staff complained, is it just her eyes or the prints looks faded. We compared it side by side with our prints using the Genuine inks. Unfortunately, This bottle's ink is very light compared to the Genuine ones.If you look at the photo, The Compatible one is definitely lighter. Both were printed using the same Settings. Letter Paper size, Quality; Standard.The ad stated Premium printing quality, High Quality, Crisp, vivid prints. In which is all false advertising because it does not deliver these promises. Proof is seen in photo.
