Exactly what I needed to address the vacuum concerns as part of my conversion to Wilwood 4-wheel power discs from the original manual drum brakes. I was able to tuck it against the driver’s side fender with no issues.

Works well with my 1971 Chevy pickup. I'm running a 402 BB bored .30 over with HE 268 cam. Not quite enough vacuum at red lights with power brakes (idle was off). Solved the problem. Looks good and seems to be well built. I would recommend this product.

Nice fit and finish. Easy install. It is great if your cam does not make enough vacuum at idle and you want more power brake assist.

I have an old truck with a turbocharged, stroked small block Ford. I have a big cam in it and only make 4-5 inches of vaccum at idle instead of the normal 15-20 inches of vacuum, this made the brake pedel very hard to push and the truck didn't feel safe during hard braking. A friend suggested I add a vacuum canister as I had been considering switching to hydraulic assisted power brakes but that is over $1,000 in parts. I could have added a vacuum pump but that was $350. I tried adding this can first as it was the cheapist option. with a minimum amout of work I had this mounted and plumbed in my truck and it has worked great, my pedel is much easier to push and the brakes feel normal again.

I must say this looks very nice under the hood of my '68 Camaro. It does not take up too much room and the mounting is solid, too. The finish is top-notch!

This vacuum canister is doing its job so far I have been using it for about 4 months now and it seems to be working fine with my power brakes, The car stop when it should.
