Used these for the 5.3L suburban. Works great! This uses the 5/16 inch pushrods. Comes with pedestals and bolts. Quick smooth revs and pretty quiet. Like these a lot! Stock is 1.7, these being 1.72 ratio are automatically a nice little upgrade. I had to measure my pushrod length ( do it ) and guess what, same length as stock! Though they recommend( and you should) using new pushrods to eliminate any issues. they said these rockers were designed for the Ls motors and I believe it, everything went smooth. Super easy install and all information needed to install as well, walks you through the process so anyone could do it.

I bought these rockers however, I read a few too many articles on these rockers failing and decided I was not going to take the chance of ruining my engine build with them. I also decided against them because they are very heavy, I weighed a stock rocker at 138 grams these weighed in at 179 grams. that's over an once heavier each !!! that's a lot of extra weight to be throwing around ! I would stay away from these rocker arms !

These rockers will not work with stock ls1 valve covers you’ll have to order either taller valve covers or valve cover spacers

There was a noticeable power curve difference with this install. It takes a 1/2 inch spacer to raise the valve cover on this LM4 to clear these but they are easy to install otherwise.
