The solid waste and grease will be collected by the mesh basket & filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
The welding process is improved for smoother welding port. Thickened stainless steel material which is sturdy, durable, easy to clean and has a long service life. It can be arranged in the open air, or underground to prevent freezing.
The water inlet and drain outlet are also firmly welded to the body of the grease interceptor, from the comfort of which the water pipes can be connected tightly.A handle is attached to the top for lifting the lid effortlessly.
Our commercial grease interceptor is constructed of durable carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, sturdy and durable. On its exterior surface is the rust-proof coating, which is effortless to clean and can endure long-time use.
The capacity of this waste water interceptor is 14lbs and the flow rate can be up to 7 GPM per minute, which can be widely applied to commercial home kitchen, petroleum, chemical, oil field, shipbuilding, port and municipal engineering industries, catering industry, etc.
The cover perfectly fits the body of the stainless grease trap, and there will be no smell emitting if you put it on and place the water pipe into the inlet hole on the top.

The reason for the 4 is that the hoses step down a 1 1/2 inch to a 1" inside which causes a back flow when you pull a plug on a 1/2 full sink I ended up using rigid pvc 1 1/2 and the issue went away.
