There were a few cosmetic dents, but the seller gave us a partial credit. Suggested they use a different freight company, not RL Carriers.

1st one was beat to hell and back the 2nd one fell over in ups truck 3 months later still no freezer. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
