I bought this machine out of sheer desperation. I use it in an 8 bedroom house with a large family, including two dogs. On super dirty carpets that cannot be cleaned with any other professional carpet cleaner, this cleaner cleans with ease, removes stains from my family and dogs with ease, and makes my carpets look brand new.
