This mold works as expected, the smaller head was the size I wanted. You definitely want to layer the clay in them bit by bit. Came out nicely detailed.

These were bigger than I expected but so glad I got them. They have wonderful detail, release clean, and the expression on the faces are fabulous.

I got this mold because my daughter was having a Lore Olympus themed birthday party and I had looked up images of gothic Greek themes and saw where one party had little candy faces to represent Hades. I haven't tried it with clay the way some reviewers did, we used ours with candy melts and they came out BEAUTIFULLY! We were able to make 12 batches in about 2 hours as the candies set up in about ten minutes, we easily popped them out and poured the next batch in, and so on. It was so easy, the candy didn't stick and the faces came out fully formed and so professional looking, no cracks or lack of noses, etc. It was exactly the look we were going for! I wanted them mostly for aesthetic purposes but the guests ended up eating all of them lol! My daughter is also a crafter so she has now taken it to make little masks for her dolls, etc. so it pulled double duty for us. I saw where a reviewer had complained that it had a strange smell, but I did not have that situation. I washed it in regular dish soap before we used it, put it in the freezer multiple times, etc. and it is still like new. I would recommend!
