Works great so far. Heats up quickly!! Cord is long so that’s a bonus too. Someone in the backseat could use it also.

Works great and puts out a decent amount of heat. I plug it into my Jackery when camping. It was originally for my dog, but I use it too! I slip a pillowcase over it since the cover isn’t removable.

I love this so much! I suffer from lower back pain and we do a lot of long distance driving. I don’t have heated seats so this is the next best thing. And way less than buying a new car! It’s soft and comfortable and works awesome!

A good pad at a good price -- except that it quit working after about 7 times of use!I bought this to use on long road-trips to heat my back and it worked well. I was about to place a 2nd second order, so my husband could have it as well and we don't have to move it, when we travel in his car. But only after 7 uses it quit. I am outside the return window now - so that is about $30 for 7 uses. That is not my idea of a quality item. I will look for another heating pad!Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars, based on the Customer Service! I posted my disappointed review and was really surprised to receive a direct message from the seller about my experience - even though it was outside my return window. I have not dealt with the seller/manufacturer to stands by their products like this, in a long time. Based on this alone, I am very likely to return to ComfyTemp products in the future.

Couldn't find the DIMENSIONS of the product anywhere on the listing...23" x 12" (you're welcome).The cord is 6.5' from the plug to the controller, and about 30" from the controller to the heating pad. Plenty long.I drive long distances in a service truck and I have a neck support cushion. This heating pad is as wide as my back and after I wrap it over the neck support (ahhhh...) it still reaches down to my lower back.It has 4 temp settings (1, 2, 3 & H). Even through a shirt and a light jacket, I found "H" to be too hot for my taste. Maybe to heat things up, but after that I've got to back it off.I've just used it on my first road trip (and my neck LOVES it) so I can't testify about durability, but it looks solid.I would 100% recommend this to a friend!

Lots of heat settings and a great size to wrap around the lower back and hips (unlike other standard sizes that just fit the back only)

We are a bit disappointed in the level of heat. It simply does not get that hot. We bought 3 and it's the same for all units. We tried it inside on a Ac to 12 volt converter and the same result. We kept them but aren't really that happy. A bit more hat and I'd call them perfect.Nice controller. We want ed to be able to have them come on once 12 volts is provided but you need to turn it on manually every time.

*UPDATE* 4-30-24: customer service messaged me very promptly after I posted the negative product review below. They offered me a full refund and invited me to try a replacement. I opted for the full refund. I got the impression that the seller cares about customer satisfaction and is trying to discover why some of the units are burning out far sooner than they should. Customer service 5 stars, but I still can’t recommend the product itself.Original review: Purchased this in January 2024 because we bought a new motorhome that does not have heated seats. Husband has lower back pain since he was rear-ended 40 years ago, and has grown to rely on the heated seats in his work truck when he travels. We took our first trip in April 2024 and he took it out of the box and plugged it into the receptacle on the dash. He said it was just the right amount of warmth and made his 1 hr 20 minute drive to our camping destination comfortable. He said it was a keeper. The 2nd day of our outing he plugged it in to ease his shoulder and heard a "pop"... obviously something shorted out and the product is no longer usable. We're outside the return window. Lesson learned. From now on we'll take our good heating pad and plug it into the 110 volt inverter on the dash. We can give 5 stars for pain relief, traveling and comfort... but since it blew up on the 2nd use, it gets one star overall. Really deserves zero stars.
