It has been 7 whole months and it has stopped working. We called customer support in December, they gave us a laundry list of things that we had to provide them. We provided everything they requested because it began leaking. We did not hear back from them. The other day, the water pump stopped working, again we had to provide the same laundry list. I threatened to put a bad review for their product and lo and behold a tech showed up the NEXT day! He tells me, it’s not broken the pump just got jammed. So he tells me, it’s fixed. He leaves and I run the first load, nope, it’s still not fixed…. We ended up ordering another washer/dryer from somewhere else. I will NEVER order this ever again. The customer service is the worst. The washer/dryer seems convenient until you put on your first load and understand that it takes 6 hours to do a complete load. It does not dry like a conventional dryer, it takes 4 hours to do a dry cycle. You do not need a vent, but that is the only convenient thing about this machine. I cannot believe we are out $1,000 now. Save your money and waste it on a pool. It would be a little more fun, but way more quicker and probably have a better customer satisfaction.UPDATE: after multiple calls to customer service they are sending us a refund due to technical help being unavailable to come out and fix the washer. THAT is the ONLY reason I am updating my review to three stars.

Seems to be okay but still shakes even after removing the bolts and leveling it. Be sure to have your repair guy or installer guy adjust the legs for you it's not easy to do with a single woman's strength and lack of tools. A very fast spin. Seems to wash all right and I use washer sheets instead of liquid soap. Certain cycles take a lot longer too dry. Because I have space issues I had to buy a smaller combo no larger than this one. So far it's doing fine

I wasn't expecting much from this machine, tbh. My family and I are living in an RV while our house is being repaired after a fire, and I needed something - we do not have a laundromat nearby. This can wash and dry so much more than I thought it would. And it does dry very well! None of my clothes were damp, not even thick clothing, socks, or towels. The trick is to not mix and match thick and thin materials in your load of laundry - keep sweats and thick socks separate from shirts, underwear, and thin socks. My clothes come out so soft that I may never go back to a separate washer and dryer. As an added bonus, because there is no vent, my clothes aren't freezing in the morning (freezing temps here in NY).This thing is whisper quiet - except for the spin cycle. It does shake something fierce inside an RV (the only reason this loses a star). The shaking doesn't last too long and we will try stabilizing the RV and adding rubber washing machine foot pads to see if that helps. This seems well built - time will tell, but for the money, it's totally worth it!UPDATE:I'm sad to say, this lasted only a month before it stopped drying the clothes. After jumping through hoops to get support, Midea said they couldn't fix it because there isn't a technician near us and I have to return it. It's been a whole ordeal and they won't even offer it at the same price, so now I am out a washer/dryer. Not only that, but Amazon is telling me that it will take 14 days from when they receive it back to process a refund. I do NOT recommend!!! Do not buy this machine through Amazon

We were worried about this unit since there were so many mixed reviews. We are really glad we made this purchase. This poor washer is in an Rv of 6 people and washes almost around the clock for the last 3 months! No issues and the clothes wash and dry great! You won’t be disappointed!

I got it delivered yesterday and I’ve already done 5 loads of laundry. I’m loving it as a new addition to my RV. It’s a bit bigger than RV washers so I won’t be able to replace my closet door where it belongs- but this doesn’t bother me as the bed is too close to open it all the way anyways. I haven’t used the dryer setting yet because it’s summer and super dry outside. Yay socal- It’s faster to do a clothes line and get another load in (20 minutes and everything is dry), as opposed to the four-hour ish dry setting-but in the winter I’m sure the dryer function will come in handy.I was able to fit a king size blanket from Costco in it and it did well. A comforter probably wouldn’t fit, but I might try anyway to see how it handles it. It holds a lot more than I was anticipating which is nice. And the more that’s in it, the less violent the spin cycle. I tried leveling the machine as best as I could but being in an RV it shakes a ton. So that’s fun haha. Hopefully I’ll remember to do a follow up review after a few months of use!!2024 update! So far this thing is still working great! I’ve grown from a single person to a family of 3 and two dogs! It doesn’t handle dog hair super well so shake all the blankets and things if you have indoor pets. The dryer setting is super convenient when I need to leave for the day and don’t have time to continue laundry. I also do cloth diapers so I’m literally doing laundry EVERY day and it’s still working well. Any issues I’ve had of over flow is because of my RV situation… accidentally closed valve a few times has flooded my bedroom so be sure if your in an RV to keep your laundry valves open! I like the single unit doing both functions because it keeps the top open for laundry basket and closet storage and anyone knows living in an RV space is EVERYTHING! In the summer I still hang everything outside, and in the winter we have a pellet stove going so I hang my husbands clothes out near the stove to dry quickly and let the dry cycle go for the rest because I’m not in as much of a hurry.
