These head gaskets were recommends to me by a mechanic on Powerstroke.org forums. They are thicker around the cylinder head which should help seal them better in lieu of having the heads o-ringed. Just make sure your heads are flat and not cracked. They're also coated everywhere rather than just around the perforations like other gaskets. I spent the extra dough on these because they just seemed better than anything else that's it there. Only time will tell buy I'm pretty confident that these will hold up well with the mild tunes I use.... 30lbs of boost max. If you're gonna race your truck, I'd probably oring the heads. My truck is a daily driver and tow rig.
