While the appearance and overall construct is satisfactory this paper towel fails at the one job it has, dispensing paper towels, instead it destroys them and we have tried every brand possible. A waste of money and time installing, look elsewhere!EDIT: Seller has offered a refund to make the situation right.

I am returning this paper towel dispenser. It SHREDS THE PAPER TOWELS!!! Bad design! The slot through which the paper towels are pulled contains extremely sharp, jagged metal that catches the edges of every paper towel and shreds them. I cannot believe I'm having to take it off the wall and pack it up and send it back--what a hassle! You had 1 job...deliver the paper towels to the user! But the way this thing is manufactured, there is sharp folded-back sheet metal that catches the edge of EVERY paper towel and tears off a 3-inch long strip which gets caught in the opening! So then we have to pull the torn corner out of the dispenser!Horrible design/manufacturing. They should know by now that their method off punching the metal opening and folding back the jagged edges is leading to shredded paper towels!!Now I'm off to buy a new paper towel dispenser that doesn't shred the very item that it is supposed to deliver to me intact!

The opening of this product tears the paper towel every time it is dispensed leaving small pieces on the floor. Reached out to seller and was able to get a refund even though it was after we were able to return the product.

The dispenser was easy to install. It is a little flimsy but should be sturdy enough. I wish there was a way to make it keyless. The biggest issue is that it tears every paper towel that comes out. It's purely a design flaw. As you should be able to see in the pictures, the edges are folded in and not welded or the sharp edges are not grinder out. It doesn't matter how many or few towels are in the dispenser, they still tear. Because I already put holes in my walls, I'm going to fix the flaw myself but it's important to know for those that don't know how to fix it.
