These are great for both winter and spring rain. They have kept me dry. I'm a size 16 and the XL fits perfectly.

These are great! Working on a horse farm in all kinds of weather, these are big enough to slide over another pair of pants or breeches to keep me dry. They have zero fill/insulation, so great for rainy weather on warmer days. Have worn them through a couple of major rainstorms (talking inches of rain in a matter of hours) and they kept me dry underneath.

Roomy enough to wear over any pants. I have several pairs of waterproof pants without the mesh lining, so these are nice. Great for walking, snowshoeing. Blocks the wind. A usable pocket would be nice, but my other pants don’t have one either, so I just use the pockets in my jacket.

These pants are great, I need them for camping! However, the pants that I ordered arrived in the wrong size, without a tag, and smell like Tide detergent. They were crumbled up and shipped in a clear plastic bag with a label slapped on it. It's clear that someone used them and returned them. I'm pretty unhappy that Amazon would send me used pants, but I'm happy that they're at least clean, and the size that arrived actually fits well. I'm keeping them. I couldn't find any other way to report this.

Perfect for our trip to Iceland! We were able to do a glacier hike in the rain and get close to waterfalls while staying warm and dry.I am 5'3 and usually wear size 10. The medium short pants were the perfect length, and had plenty of stretch in the waistband, but no give in the thigh or hip area. The large short were baggy in the legs, but gave me the mobility that I needed for hiking and room to layer underneath. I was able to pull them over my pants and boots from inside our rental vehicle. The velcro adjustments helped me shorten the length. If I visit Ireland and Scotland again, I will definitely be packing these.

I bought the short medium. Usually im a medium in sweats, and a size 27-28 in silver jeans. (27inch waist, 38 hips, 23inch thighs)The reviews saying these run large are both right and wrong: these do run large fir me, but in the legs. Which never happens. I have big thighs in comparison to my body and i put these on over two thick layers: a chamois liner (using these for biking) AND jeans and these STILL had lots of width in the legs.But i did find that these fit true to size in the waist/hips. (i am a pear shaped body type btw)Also the short fit me almost perfect and im 5'3. About and inch or so long but very doable.As for the wide legs i am going to reign them in at the calves by wrapping a couple of reflector straps around them for visibility.. and so i dont get caught in my bike.The outside material and inside mesh are the exact same as columbia's arcadia jacket. Theyre sort of noisy but hey, when its raining and windy its not noticable.All in all these were a pretty good buy

These pants are phenomenal! While not fleece lined, when worn over leggings they are warm enough for winter sports of all kinds without being too hot. Good room to move, and are wide enough in the ankles to pull on over boots. They are also great for camping and hiking in the rain and mud. I recently went on a scout campout with freezing temps, mud, rain, and snow and these pants were total lifesavers. See photo. They came clean easily and are good as new. I also like how they pack down small like a windbreaker. They also fit well and are comfortable for a pear shaped figure, which not all are. Great purchase!

The sizing on these is a little frustrating. I bought a size xl and I think I'm currently size 14 with pandemic weight. Since all indonis walk the dog rain or shine, I thought having some rain pants would make sense, especially if they go right over my pants. For this reason, I might have erred towards a larger size.The waist is mostly held up by an inner string tie plus an elastic. It's pretty comfortable and not bulky at the waistline, but I'm having trouble keeping them up even tightening them with the string.They are also too long for me, which I anticipated because I am only 5'2". I wish there was a better way to roll these up. If they had a roll tab they would be perfect. Right now, I try to "peg" them as in the old days or stuff them into my boots.They keep me dry and are a nice weight. I wore them in the snow the other day with fleece leggings underneath and I thought they were perfect for warmth.I just wish they fit better, but I'm not sure a large would have done the job (been too small).
