Having been wearing Columbia cargo pants for many years now and find them perfect for hiking and travelling. Extremely comfortable and light weight and very easy to wash/maintain. The best feature of this brand is how fast the pants/shirts dry, which makes them perfect for travelling overseas. The lightweight feature also reduces the weight of the clothes as well as being able to compress them into small balls, which makes packing a breeze.

I love these. Even in cold weather they are still nice. I just wear thermals during winter. Very comfy and well built. During the summer they are super nice out here I the desert. I sweat like crazy and these dry super fast. Ordering more soon. Land Surveying got a bit more comfortable for this big man.

The back pockets wear out quickly. I can deal with that at less than 14 dollars. Very comfortable from cold to HOT.
