Cool...and warm all at the same time! Definitely buy .5 up as normal size would be too tight with socks. The color is a nice departure from tan or black men's boots. Not too space aged, but just enough to be funky but not trendy. Only the ng better would have been zip v. tie.

My grandson likes them.. fit was good and they are warm. He has raynauds and his feet and hands get cold very fast. But he said his feet are warm in these.

Nachdem sich meine alten Bugaboots nach mehr als 10 Jahren zerlegt hatten, musste was Neues her. Leider wurde das Design von Columbia geändert. Mir hat das alte Design besser gefallen. Aber von der Passform, Wasserdichtheit und Isolation ist das neue Modell Spitze. Ich hoffe sie halten so lange wie meine alten.

Snow boots are for much more stationary activities. Don't try to hike in them in winter. Too heavy.Get neoprene wading socks and trail running shoes if you want to backpack in when there is a little bit of snow

Oh gads, my husband has been stomping around every winter for many years with his Bogs that are so heavy... they are weatherproof all right, but these are 1,000% better for our situation! For all these years he's watched in envy while I danced around in my own lightweight Columbia snow boots, FINALLY he said this summer "Winter is coming, I dread it, why haven't you ever fixed me up with something like those snow boots that YOU have??" So I looked for Columbia boots like mine, and these are the ones I found, ordered them immediately for him. He tried them on when they arrived and already LOVES them!I can't say that he's looking forward to this coming winter, but he sure is thrilled with the fit of these boots. Did a little dance in them to test them out. Now while he dreads another freezing winter, at least he won't be stomping around like Frankenstein's Monster is his huge black Bogs that most of the time I'd have to yank off of his feet for him. They were so heavy that he often couldn't yank them off by himself unassisted after many hours outdoors.Columbia snow boots ROCK! I have a pair that I've worn every winter for the last eight years, I believe these Men's Bugaboots will last for at least eight years now that my stubborn husband has finally converted to wanting warm and comfortable snow boots of his own!
