Both cuffs have worn through within one month of wear. Our 15$ Target snowpants held up longer. Not what I expected from Columbia. The Outgrow system is pointless if the quality doesn’t last through a growth spurt (or even a quarter of a winter season). I’m adding that the second year of wear (after hand sewing the cuffs), the torso has become too short and the straps don’t adjust longer. I have not lengthened legs yet. So disappointed with these.

These are high quality snowpants and not at all bulky. However, we sent them back as they seem to run really short in the length on my 6 year old. He can fit into a size 5 waist, but needs a 6 to 7 in length (Nike/UA pants/shorts). I believe I ordered a size small/8 for next winter and we determined they wouldn’t likely be long enough in the torso for the winter. I ended up getting the girls black pull on locally as they looked unisex.

So far, so good....this is a light material, waterproof and the suits fits nicely my 6 year old. Very happy. Saw the same product $20 more expensive at REI.

Bought these in xxs awhile ago. Was able to use them for 2 years because of the expandable shoulder straps. My son is very trim and we absolutely loved that we could use the side velcro adjustments to make these bibs comfortable and keep snow out. Just ordered another pair today (a couple years after the first pair) in size small. Small ended up being just perfect, but would only last this season so returned and purchased child medium. Kind of big on him (4'3" and 55lbs) but with the adjustables, it's going to work just fine this year and next!

These fit well since my child is narrow anyway, but I was expecting them to be a little bigger (both wider and longer) so she had room to grow in them, but that is not the case. She will wear them well for this one season. They did keep her warm and dry while skiing.
