TERRIBLE - color is way off almost a purple hue and the caulking tubes must have frozen or been old - 1 was hard, 1 blew out the back and 2 were extremely watery with air pockets VERY dissatisfied - only 2 of the 4 were even somewhat usable. We had no choice but to use as the grout color is Discontinued and the bathroom grout is all cracked due to a house lift but only finished the shower so it's working for us to life with a shower. We will look elsewhere for a better product to finish the room. - not happy at all.

I got this caulk to repair damaged sections of the old cementitious Rose Beige sanded grout, which is no longer available. It's a decent match as to color and texture, and has the advantage of a longer shelf life. My principal complaint -- and the reason I give a 5 and not a 6 -- is the problem other reviewers have noted: the tendency of the product to run on well after one releases tension on the caulking gun trigger. Other caulks don't exhibit this problem in the same gun, so there's something different about the composition of this particular product. I thought perhaps it was because I'd cut the spout too narrow (for a fine bead), but enlarging the hole made no difference. Perhaps it's the latent pressure in the tube. Anyway, for every 2-inches of quarter-inch bead, expect to waste half of it, as it coils up, worm-like on your floor. Have a bottle of Isopropyl alcohol and lots of paper towels or cloths handy to clean up the mess. I'll now need to buy a second tube. I hope the manufacturer reads these reviews.

I bought grout nine years ago at Home Depot. I needed to replace some loose tiles and grout but discovered that Home Depot had discontinued that color. So I searched online and found this caulk in the same color. It was a perfect match.
