The ruffle pins were easy to use and do the job.

Loved the easy use and they hold really well. So much easier than twist pins. Highly recommend!

They’re very fragile and several of them broke while I was pushing them through the bed skirt and into the box spring. They don’t stay put either. When I’m making the bed they pop out. I ended up using some large safety pins instead. That worked better.

I purchased these bed skirt holding pins to keep a dust ruffle attached to the box spring. It was a total waste of time of time trying to use them. The pins will actually bend in your hand with your finger! They are like very thin stick pins! When I tried to push the pins into the bed, some of them would just fall apart - the pins come unattached from the plastic. Other pins would bend at a complete 90 degree angle to the plastic piece. It was kind of like trying to use a stick pin made out of staple strength metal to push into a bed, and it bends going through the fabric of the bed skirt. A total waste of time and energy. I took the bed apart to put on the bedskirt, only to have to reassemble the bed without completing the project.

They work for a bit but fall out easy when making the bed then the skirt moves significantly. ( I have a bed skirt that lays like a sheet under my mattress) would look into a different kind

I recently bought these to attach a wrap-around bed skirt. Unfortunately, one already broke. I "found" one of the attaching prong/pins by stepping on it when I got up. One of them had broken free of the plastic bracket holding it. I would be wary of using these where there is any chance a child might be (i.e., hiding under the bed!).UPDATE: These pins get worse with wear. Since my original review, another pin broke and several have fallen out completely. Thankfully, I have not injured myself on one yet, but when I went to dust mop under the bed this morning, I found 4 loose pins lying under the dust ruffle.

A bed skirt I purchased several months back came with six tiny twisty pins to secure them in place. They left my bed skirt all wobbly around the edge, and I was afraid to move my mattress for fear that the pins could come off or tear the under side of my mattress. Finally I had had enough. I took out the pins that came with my bed skirt and replaced them with 12 or so of these straight pins. What a dramatic improvement! These pins are infinitely easier to install, just line up with the skirt and push down! No more twisty turny shenanigans. They hold my bed skirt in perfect position, flush with the edge of my box spring. It was a miracle finally being able to move my mattress around without messing up the bed skirt! These simple inexpensive pins should be REQUIRED for all bed skirt purchases!

I like the holding pins because they keep the bedskirt nice and even but sometimes they come out when arranging the bed linen so one has to be careful not to step on them.
