Just what I needed, When my motor broke lose. These things isolate the vibrations from the motor, and are under a lot of abuse from the weather and normal operation. The hardest part was finding the correct part number, which I got from a very nice gentleman at an RV dealership. The old ones had just worn out from the weather and time like any part of this nature. Perfect replacement part, and pretty easy to fix if you are any type of handy. Comes with all necessary hardware.
