I’m still in the learning curve of using this juicer as it isn’t as easy to use as I thought it would be. It says I’m supposed to be able to add whole fruits and vegetables directly to the feeding shoot and as of now I think it requires a learning curve because mine keep getting stuck. When I first tested this machine, I use simple things just to get a juice going so I basically threw in celery and cucumbers and grapes and a lot of small type things. This juice was successful, and I had no problems with the machine. It wasn’t until I decided to try to juice the core of a pineapple I want with some of the harder pieces from the pineapple I said our for dessert tonight. The machine seem to have problems with the hard-core even though I cut the corn in quarters. I threw in whole carrots along with the pineapple and this scene too jam the motor. I’m not willing to give up on this machine yet, but I will say, there is going to be a learning curve. I do have to replenish my fruit. So for now. This is a three out of five.

Product has vague instructions and pulp shoot has a hole the size of a butter knife. Juicer jams just from kale and is extremely hard to open and close. Going back!

I got excited by the big hopper that allowed me to juice whole apples. I figured since it looked like the more expensive ones it would work like them--wrong. The first time I used it the filter got clogged and I assumed it was the stems from the parsley which I had to pull out of every crevice. Today it got clogged after the pineapple. I had to take it apart and use a knife to get the pulp out. I quartered the apples even though they fit in whole and it still got clogged. The carrots, ginger and cucumber were fine. Then it got stuck and I couldn't take it apart. I was going to attempt to clean it later but decided to toss the whole thing in the trash and keep the one I bought last year.
