nice weight and ergonomics - quite heavy, hoping the stainless was well applied and it does not pit or tarnish over time. I keep it stored in my coffee so if it has issues with acidity, it should become apparent quickly.

My Technivorm Moccamaster came with a brown plastic coffee scoop that unfortunately cracked. I was going to replace it, but the price was insane. I did some digging around and found that this scoop is not only the same size, but it’s metal (no plastic, thank you) and much sturdier. It has worked out perfectly, couldn’t be happier.

Initially I didn’t like the bulk and size of this spoon. It’s heavy and pretty bulbous compared to the slim Moccamaster scoop I had that broke. However, since it works fine and somehow fits in my coffee jar, I kept it. The best thing about it is that it isn’t plastic. Everything else about the design is at or below average, in my opinion

This thing is HEAVY! Like if I throw this as my window, the window would break! Don’t get me wrong, that is a marvelous thing. It is made of quality materials and will be in use for a long time! It’s heavy and a decent size for measuring coffee. It’s big enough that it fits into the can of grounds and it won’t get lost but small enough that when you pour out the grounds it won’t go all over the place and make a mess so it is super easy to use! It washes up nicely with soap and water to by tossing it into the dishwasher. It’s just what I needed and I’ll have to get another so that I have a back up so that I can keep one in each coffee can and affordable enough that I can have more than one!!

I use this 2 tablespoon scoop for a variety of things. One scoop of kibble is just the right amount from a small dog. One scoop of nuts and one scoop of dried fruit enhances my cereal. Very satisfied. Quite heavy duty.
