The material parts are gorgeous, however the packaging (the cap on the bottle should be seal better, maybe a wax around it)....when I received it half of the product had leaked out and actually I knew at that moment I would not like the synthetic smell it emanated , it also damaged the writing on the bottle as well, that said I love the presentation but for $80. it makes it a very expensive bottle with flowers and sticks....,

Love this. I buy several for different rooms in the house and always get compliments from guests. However, after a while, the smell seems to go away after a week or 2. I reverse the sticks weekly, as well. Not sure if this is just my brain filtering out the strong smell or if the smell actually just gets muted over time. I'm still buying these, though as I love teh scent. The Sandalwood Rose in particular.

She sits on my shelf next to my bed, and I can only smell it up close. I’m fine with that bc the smell is not for me. It looks like the liquid inside is evaporating quickly, which again I’m fine with. I will keep the bottle bc it’s pretty and the flowers and try to concoct my own fruity scent.

Update: seller has still never reached out to make it better. Did this review as well as messaging.I bought this for my guest bedroom and it arrived the day of my guest who arrives this evening. The diffuser is beautiful and just what I was looking for but it came EMPTY without any scent and only had four sticks with the rose flowers as opposed to the eight it stated it would come with. I’m disappointed to say the least. $25 you’d think you would get the scent as well. Looks like other customers got it just fine. I went to go see if I could purchase the scent to arrive over night or this evening with prime and it wouldn’t even arrive to me until Tuesday. No point now
