All lizards need calcium but some do not need a additional feed for their vitamin D. Day active lizards, like leopard geckos and chameleons get plenty of it from their basking lamp. Because of this, they can assimilate calcium without an additional D3.

Many lizards need calcium and D3 to process the calcium. However, they do not have to be given together. CoCoo’s powder doesn’t have D3 because too much D3 can cause dehydration, loss of appetite, fatigue, and more. My chameleon was losing one of his eyes I thought, he was keeping it closed all the time and it looked to be shrinking ... I started dusting his crickets with it. And within like 2 weeks. He was using his eye like normal again

I use for me hermit crabs and leopard gecko. My crabs love it. I put it in a little. Bottle cap top and change it out once a week. It always mostly gone!
