These Cocolab gums brushes are eco-friendly and they do work, but not as good as what I've been using. Both the metal wire and the bristles are short; making it not as easy to use and requiring more efforts. The wire is also quite soft, easy to bend. They are made in Switzerland and the paper handles are indeed more environmental friendly.

The 0 size is appropriately thin and does get into small gaps, though it doesn't replace using floss. The bristles are soft, only need to be mindful that you don't jab the tip into gums that are already irritated. The brushes are loose in the pouch they come in, no individual wrappers or caps, and the pouch is not resealable. So while this pack is fine for home use, I wouldn't necessarily recommend for travel.

I ordered these COCOLAB GREAT GUMS SOFT INTERDENTAL BRUSHES in size “0,” which is the smallest size. I really can't comment on the larger size because I didn't try it. I have no way of knowing if it is more robust than the smallest size.I ordered the smallest size because my teeth are very close together. I wanted a brush that could get in between my teeth. I was able to do that with this brush, but not effectively. This brush is so wimpy that it bends when it touches anything. Basically, this product just folds over on itself when you try to get it between your teeth. I had a hard time keeping it straight enough to get in between my teeth.Because my teeth are so close, I have tried a lot of different interdental brushes, as well as flosses that are thinner. This is probably the most disappointing product I've ever tried when it comes to cleaning between my teeth. It is just floppy and not strong enough to stay straight, meaning it can't be guided in between the teeth.Let me sum it up by saying this product is a total disappointment; it doesn't work well at all.

These little (I ordered the size 0) flossers worked well for my purposes. Made in Switzerland (thought that was worth mentioning), I found these particularly helpful around my crowns. They worked between the other teeth as well, but sometimes the "not original parts" of our dental work are a bit more challenging to keep clean. I've never used this style of flosser before (although I am a chronic flosser in general), and I didn't know what I was missing. I also imagine that these would work well for implants and braces too. I'm hoping that these will help me maintain my gum health by providing another means to clean along the gum line. Sometimes I feel that standard floss doesn't sufficiently remove all of the debris between the teeth. Having a tiny brush-like flosser aids in the cleaning process. The one aspect of this product which gives me pause is the price. At the current price of $14.00 for 25 disposable (although the package says they are reusable--I felt like this would be similar to reusing standard floss), this seems like less than a great value. While I think the product merits 5 stars, the price makes the rating 4 stars.

I wanted to like these, but the brush itself is too short and didn’t really push all the way through.These are a size 0, but extremely thin. I recommend to order the larger size. They are expensive and I don’t think a good value.Made in Switzerland.

Adequate. But no better than any other similar dental product, and 3X more money. I won't buy again.I'm so enthused about Cocofloss dental floss and their perfect sized soft toothbrushes, that I was expecting this product to also be exceptional. it's pretty much the same as all the other brands of this type of dental too.

These are great. The small size allows for getting in between tight teeth. I will definitely buy them again.
