I have the larger version of this as well and I love them both. Outstanding quality. Makes digging up weeds so much easier. I wish I had found these long ago. An avid gardener friend recommended them to me. You won't be sorry if you purchase this, as well as the larger one.

A "Must Have" tool for your gardening bucket. Comfortable grip - angled for efficiency. Use mine in central Florida where the weeds can be brutal. Product made in Wisconsin USA.

I got the mini CobraHead hand tool and love it. I tried it out in the flower border against crabgrass. it can hook right under the root mass and you can use it to help pull it out. Now who's stronger!!!!!

Now I can get the grass and weeds close to my garden plants and also around tomato cages. It works pretty well for turning it sideways and removing grass/weeds with the side of the cobra head.

Pour biner entre les légumes et enlever les mauvaises herbes. Il travaille bien, se manipule facilement et est indispensable. Bel outil, un peu cher mais si l’acier est d’excellente qualité on verra si il vieillit bien.

I live next to a forest and weeds are a constant factor in my garden and most often establishing themselves between and around permanent plantings or in gravel mulches. I needed a tool that would cultivate and breakup soil and mulches in small spaces that would help eradicate weeds as I managed my garden beds. I also am a senior with small hands. While I griped a little bit about the price, this tool beckoned me to make the purchase. I am happy that I did so; it has performed exceptionally well for a week now and my hands, forearms and shoulders are not tired from the routine. Time will tell if the handle will continue to remain attached to the head design. The "cobra" head is ideal for weeding and breaking up compacted soils, as was described in the outline. So far, a good purchase worth the money.

This tool maybe small in stature but will micro manage the removal of weeds within planting beds very efficiently. Can also be used to dig in and/or thin out transplants/replacements. The cobra head is at an optimum angle to easily pass through the soil with little effort. The neck has no give to it and the handle is super comfortable and easy to grip. The edge of the well designed head can be sharpened so this tool can be used for different weeding techniques. The handle has a strap to use around ones wrist to retrieve if dropped to free up hands to manually pick up removed debris. This tool fits easily in your pocket. It is sharp so handle with care. I now plan to order the original Cobra, long handle offering. I think this is a keeper, a go to garden tool.

I love to buy garden tools, but I'm usually disappointed. I do a ton of research before I buy anything, but I often don't get the results I expected based on other Amazon reviews and a lot of YouTube videos.I got this yesterday and immediately put it to work on a number of large, heavily-overgrown beds and an overgrown flagstone path. Up till then, I'd been working on the same areas with a regular cheap weeder, basically a metal stick with a tiny dull fork at the end, and a number of other tools (spade, shovel, secateurs, Weed Zinger). I'm dedicated to removing roots and all, so clearing just a few square feet took quite a while. The Cobra Head made short work of the same square footage. Today, I used it like a spade to clear out groundcover in strips, roots and all. I also used it to remove 2' weed trees by spiking the point underneath the crowns and twisting it around. Then I used it like a stirrup hoe to eradicate a ton of tiny new weeds from a previously-weeded bed. In two hours, I cleared a large area that was completely overrun with weeds, aggressive plants, and large weed trees using only this tool and a Radius Perennial Slayer shovel (https://www.amazon.com/Radius-Garden-23311-Slayer-Perennial/dp/B07MGJ1JT1/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=radius+perennial+slayer&qid=1562951349&s=hi&sr=1-2). The Cobra Head seems extremely sturdy and it's comfortable to use. I'm thrilled with it.

I'm a convert! I read with some skepticism the glowing reviews of this type of weeder, but since I had lots of tiny but firmly-embedded weeds to clear around my peonies, decided to give this a try. Ordered the "mini" because I was going to be using it in tight quarters. The monsoons started around the time my weeder arrived, and by the time rains stopped and the ground dried up enough to permit me to get to work, the "tiny" weeds (and their brothers, sisters, cousins) were shoulder-high! Not to worry, in another garden, I had plenty of crabgrass to clear. This little weeder handled them like a champ - and this alone makes it a worthwhile addition to the gardening toolbox. I finally screwed up my courage to tackle the weeds that, by now, completely obscured my peonies. In order to get to the peonies, I needed to clear an area where the rocks in the soil made shovel and digging fork unworkable. So despite the fact that this tool was laughably small compared to the weeds needing to be removed, I gave it a try. Lo and behold, it again performed like a champ! It's small size enabled it to find gaps between the rocks and made short work of lifting out huge weeds, root and all. There are some weeding chores for which other tools are preferable, but if I had to choose just one weeding tool, this would be it.

Works really well, a bit overpriced. You need to be careful about the size of hole you leave in the lawn!
