This table broke quickly. The second we tried to move it. Junk! The top is way too heavy to be supported by a couple screws. Buyer beware.

The underneath support for this table is made of press board. We leaned on the table and the support screws broke through.

Build quality is better than I expected. Assembly was very easy and intuitive, did it by myself. There is one part of the instructions, in reference to the drawer slide stop, that is hard to understand. I just put the draw in then re-oriented the small piece of hardware the instructions pointed to so it would act as a stop for the drawer dowel.The packaging was very good in terms of damage prevention, but used styrofoam sheets that left small pieces and dust all over the table, requiring a lot of clean up. The only thing keeping the product itself from being perfect for this price range is the dining/card top doesn't have a way to sit on the table top without sliding around, e.g. no lip or similar engineering that holds it securely in place. Definitely a great value and I can live with that minor issue.

We unboxed it. The tables are heavy. However, assembly instructions and parts were all included. Just only needed a Phillips head screwdriver. We assembled it in less than an hour due to maneuvering the weight. We’re seniors in our 70’s. It looks great, no defects. Big fun with the grands.

Item was delivered on time and the assembly was easy. The top is fully assembled, you just need to put together the base and attach it to the top. The pool cues were scratched and there were some minor scratched on the table base but I've come to expect that when items are shipped via freight. Looks really nice in my game room.
