I bought this for my first ever co2 system, and unfortunately it is too large for my 10 gallon to be efficient enough. Very little bubbles come out unless I have my system release more than 1 bubble per second which is not worth it in my case. It’s aesthetically pleasing but a pain to set up, it does not stick straight out, the suction cups cause it to lay flat against the glass at an angle which is annoying. The glass is very high quality and seems sturdy, I’m clumsy and I have not broken it yet!

The glass piece itself is fine works well but the suction cup that comes with it is terrible. As you can see in the picture the bottom suction cup that came with it is popped off. It pops off with any slight movement of the air line i ended up adding a better suction cups i already had

I have tried different diffusers all produced big bubbles and thus lots of wastage. This product is great that even with low CO2 pressure of DIY setups it gives very fine bubbles which diffues easily.

Works with my pressurized CO² generator & diffuser. I prefer this type with the barbs, as it's less likely pressure build up, when clearing water from the tubing, blows the line off. Plus the stainless looks really cool with my black tubing. Gonna get more for my air bubbler too, because the line sometimes tend to disconnect there. It probably happens more often with timer setups. When the CO² and air pump are off water backs up to the check valve. When they're turned back on it initially takes more pressure to clear the lines of water than it would if they were constantly running. I try to put the check valve close to the water level so there's less water to clear out when the pump & gas are turned on. Just something to keep in mind if you have or are considering alternating your CO² & air pump with a timer or even manually.

Doesn't work no matter how much pressure I add, such a wast of money and time

This is my second co2 diffuser. Earlier I has steel diffuser which doesn't work well. This one is very nice and making very tiny co2 bubbles. I am satisfied with the product.

Very pleased with this little thing. It’s cute, and does the work. I soaked mine for 48 hours - and got it going from the first spin.I’ve read many comments here (even with positive reviews and ratings) - but totally misleading. Yes, it will ONLY work with pressurized CO2 tank and appropriate regulator valve. But working pressure is NOT 30-40-60 psi. Whoever wrote this - probably has no idea what he/she is talking about (unless it was a bad joke). 60 psi pressure would blow your tubing on every connection - not to mention a tender glass fixture which this diffuser is.I’ve got mine set up at 10 psi for ~2-2.5 bubbles per second (for my 55 gal heavily planted tank). Might increase it to 4 bubbles eventually - but since this diffuser produces perfectly fine bubbles (slightly larger than champagne) - CO2 dissolves in water much better than it did for me with previous diffuser (6 bubbles). Quantity of your bubbles will depend on resistance of ceramic disk of your diffuser (plus any in-line check valves etc).So don’t play (or risk) with pressure - count the bubbles on your bubble counter! And watch your in-tank CO2 checker. One note on pressure though - after you soak your diffuser and prime it initially - you’ll get bubbles out of only 2-3 spots on your disk. That’s when you want to carefully increase the pressure to about 20 psi - and then lower back it immediately. This “jump” will open up the pores and you’ll see bubbles coming out from many other areas of the disk on your diffuser. Good luck!

I purchased this to use with a Fluval CO2 cartridge system in a 10gal tank. The diffuser itself is still breaking in and although the entire surface of it isn't putting out bubbles, the small portion that is are the fine champagne bubbles I look for; So it is working fine and my CO2 checker still says it is getting enough CO2 into the tank. It also functions surprisingly well as a bubble counter but I have an external one for that. The suction cups are great and I haven't had any issue with them coming off or moving at all. The check valve is nothing special, it's just those .50c ones that do the job.My issue with this set is the U shape attachment. This was the kind of gimmick I purchased this set for originally so that it can hang perfectly over the rim of my tank. My issue is that the hoses continuously popped off of the connections on it and I didn't have extra hose so I zip tied them to it.The listing also doesn't mention the inner width of the U shape. The inner width is approx 15mm. So if you have a lip that is bigger than that, it won't sit on your tank.My advice is to get this set for the diffuser and just run one piece of hose instead of using the U shape and you'll be good to go.UPDATE: 2 weeks later this diffuser still doesn't let more than 1/4 of the air through the stone. I've tried everything to try and allow the full use of the stone but it doesn't work. The little bit of co2 that can come through is enough for my tank but it doesn't work how it is supposed to. Therefore, I am dropping this down to 1 star. I wouldn't bother getting this again at all.

Was not able to release bubbles through the diffuser. Considerable pressure was build up each time I tried which in the end instead led to leakage from connecting point from the tube and the diffuser. Replaced with a different diffuser and had no issues. This one goes in the bin..
