I use these to hold file folders upright on my desk. For projects that I'm currently working on and don't want to file away in a cabinet until they are finished, this is a much better way to keep items in view than having a stack of folders lying flat. It saves space on my desk surface, and make the folders easier to see at a glance and access. The bookends are very sturdy and beautiful.

I love these book ends. I had ordered a couple of sets from different companies and these were by far the best. They hold heavier text books well, the anti skid feet on the bottom prevent them from sliding around and they look very nice. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase these again.

This review is for the "CNK Book Ends Bookends for Book Shelves, Metal Book Ends in White, Set of 2." Nicely packaged: Each bookend in the set came individually wrapped with clear cellophane as well as the set of 2 in a cellophane sleeve. Bookends are practical, sturdy, stylish, and serve the purpose of supporting a row of paperbacks nicely. Both the upper and lower "L-shaped" bookends are the perfect length for paperbacks. The weight of these bookends is strong enough to accommodate 11x17 or 8x10 hardcover books as well. There are pads on the bottom of each to protect furniture. Recommend for size and sturdiness with style. The "Thank you for your purchase" book mark that came with the bookends was a nice touch.

I bought this because it went well with the white and gold theme of the rest of my office furniture. I'm into nature motifs and I love the natural-looking golden leaf patterns of the pieces. And so sturdy! I have a lot of huge books and these bookends hold them snugly in place with no slipping. If you're in the market for some high-quality bookends at an affordable price that will look great anywhere, I highly recommend these!
