This file organizer is perfect for helping keep my business finance organized. Plenty of pockets and tabs for all my receipts and tax documents so when it's time to file my taxes or if I need a document for whatever reason I have everything in one place. I get a new one for every year. I like that it's heavy duty with 2 twist locks on top unlike the flimsy ones with a rubber band that hard to close once they get to full.

I love this file! After having files with a flap and lock this one is great. I have arthritis in my hands. I couldn’t always get the flap and lock files open. That meant I couldn’t do my book work till my husband got home. This is a very sturdy file that anyone can get open! I am slowly replacing all the other files I have with this one.

Its perfect for what I need for my bills. Its sturdy and has lots of room for my bills. Its light weight and easy to carry. It comes with labels for labeling sections. I love the color. I am Shelly Hayden my husband was Ward and he passed away here not long ago so I have to learn to do financial decisions and so I got this to help me. It will be perfect for me. Shelly. I will be ordering more because these will store nicely and is waterproof.

I got this to hold my records for the year, bank statements, credit card statements, water bill, etc. Loved the design and all the dividers. Now that I started filling it, I'm noticing that a standard sheet of paper on its side is taller than the height if the dividers, so you can't read the label without pushing the files aside. Would be better if the divider label tabs were high enough to see over the papers. Its still usable, but frustrating.

This is overall a good product with a couple issues that disappointed me. First of all, it is extremely difficult to read the tags written on and inserted into the index tabs. It comes with larger black pre-printed tags with the months of the year and alphabetical letters , but I needed to make my own by writing the category on it with a pen. The yellow tabs show the printing OK and the orange, barely... but the other colors are extremely difficult to read through. I am not sure why they designed them with different color plastic in the first place. Clear would have been perfect. The other very annoying disappointment is that they should have made the pockets deeper. A regular 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper covers the tabs, so it's very difficult to even see the tabs. See the photo I uploaded.Over all, I think it is a decent product and I have decided to use it without sending it back. I will however have to purchase some white stick labels to affix to the tabs so I can at least read the categories, even if I have to hunt for them behind the sheets of paper in front of each.UPDATED: I changed my original 3 star rating to a 4 star rating and would have given it 5 stars if it were taller so the tabs showed above the 8.5" x 11" sheets of paper. I went ahead and purchased some sticky labels from Amazon and had to cut them down to size. Now at least I can read where the docs are stored. I looked around Amazon for a better product, but found many more complaints on other products. The case on this is superb, strong and easy to carry. I am glad I didn't send it back and will just have to hunt a little behind the docs to find the right tab, but that's OK... Hope this helps you with your decision.
