I purchased this for use with Mach 3 CNC control board. There is absolutely no instructions and the pinout is not listed and does not appear to work with other 15 pin inputs. Called Amazon and they have no idea how to contact the manufacturer or get more information. It's just sad that a tiny piece of paper could have made this useful, instead it must be returned now. I eventually was able to use a continuity tester, opened up the unit and tracked down all the individual connections from the encoders and switches, and was able to make a cable to make it work with Mach 3. It was not easy!
