Item is as described in the item description. Made a great gift for coworker. The Medical Assistant picture is bright and colorful. The wood is made of real solid wood and stained with a nice brown tone. It does NOT come with a pen or pad, so be sure to purchase those separately. I would recommend to others.

This wooden gift piece is solid, and the printing is clear and bright. The picture in the listing is a little deceptive, as it shows a sticky note pad and a pen, neither of which are included with this item. So, depending on how complete you want your gift to be, you’ll want to pick those up separately.

This is a lovely gift for a speech therapist! Immediately upon opening the package, you can smell the wonderful scent of real wood. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with a notepad and special pen or pencil.
