Let's me controll my Uverse Box with the Xbox remote. I'm a fan.*Note: I've only been able to get basic functionality out of the Xbox controller as a remote. Channel switching, volume, on/off. sometimes play, ff and reverse. I can't set recordings. I also can't press "okay" to wake up the Uverse box after it goes on standby.Even though it's a little annoying to still need a regular remote (more than I'd like) I think this is due to limited functionality of the Xbox, NOT the IR emmitter so I'm not taking off any stars. Still-definitely something you should know before buying for your Xbox.Overall, the IR emmitter works exactly as described, seems like a fair price and I definitely recommend.

Complete garbage. My TV wouldn't respond to this at all. I checked it with an infrared camera to make sure it was firing, and it was. I tried all kinds of different positions with this thing. Waste of money.

These emitters worked with my system without any problem. The cables have good elasticity and aren't overly stiff. I do wish manufacturers of these products would make the wires of a heavier gauge, or at least the sleeves, since they are prone to shorting out easily if they get tugged on. That said, they work as they should and by comparison to others out there they are as good as I've seen at a really great price.

I bought this to replace my Logitech Harmony sensors which seems to have gone to well, crap. I have to click the remote numerous times for the signal to be picked up by the "hub" and Logitech in their wisdom don't have an extender . The only problem with this emitter is the jack to big for the "Logitech Ultimate, ,Hub" ,which I solved by buying a 2.5 to 3.5 jack adapter from Infrared Resources here on Amazon and it works like a charm.

EASY! these are 3.5mm mono which is standard for automation. Logitech RF hub had 2.5 mm inputs but after getting an adapter at monoprice these Emitters work PERFECTLY! for some strange reason the IR Emitter wouldn't work with my older colby lcd tv but thats no issue as the tv is obviously not hidden inside my cabinet ;) I think the tv issue has to do with the tv itself and not the emitters.

Bought this for a Logitech Harmony. After attaching a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter, I was able to connect 3 devices to one of the ports on my Harmony. Some might find it annoying, but the emitters blink red when an IR signal is being blasted. I considered this a reassuring confirmation that the blasters were actually firing when I thought they should. The adhesive has survived multiple re-attachments over the past few months as well. I would heartily recommend this to anyone installing a Logitech Harmony, or to anyone in need of a good quality IR emitter.

Works great but the adhesive on the eyes doesn't stick too well. My house is pretty hot (85 degrees) due to a very large wood stove running 24/7 and that may be part of the reason.

I am using this item in a Global Cache i-Tach and it works very well. I like the fact that it does not emit any visible light (other emitters I have...including the single emitters included with the i-Tach) so they blend in well. The reason this is 4 star instead of 5 is because the adhesive is not the greatest. So far it has fallen of my TV 3x in the course of 40 hours. I think i may to find another way to attach it. Other that that i would recommend this for a very low priced IR emitter option.
