They are very flexible and absolutely don't break with repeatedly opening and closing them. Wish there were a few more colors

Love these stitch markers. Nice thick plastic. Not thin and easily breakable. And they are pretty to look at. Cheaper than buying at my local craft stores

I just got these today and I’m so glad I bought them. They glide right through your stitches without snagging and they are opened enough so there is no fuss.

I love the safety pin style markers. These are very sturdy and easy to use. They work great and stay closed. They are bigger than my ones I currently use which makes them easier to attach and easier to remove. Definitely recommend getting these.

This brand, Clover, is somewhat more expensive than similar stitch markers on Amazon. As usual, you get what you pay for. Every single marker closed smoothly and stayed closed. I have used the Clover stitch markers for thirty years. I purchased these to replace some I lost to vigorous vacuum cleaning.

I have used the Clover Lock Ring Markers for over 10 years, now. They work with knit or crochet projects, and I appreciate that versatility. Since I do both crafts I prefer accessories that cross different craft needs. The markers are sturdy,, but not heavy. I have not had one break on me, yet. Easy to open, easy to close, and they stay where you put them. When I teach someone to knit or crochet I always give them a pack of these to carry in their tool kit, since I know that having the right tools can make or break someone who is just starting to learn their new craft. That's how much I rely on these markers. I will continue to purchase, use and gift these markers in the future. A+++

These are my favourite stitch markers. I will even say these are the best stitch markers I have ever used.I crochet and I love these for working projects in the round. The locking mechanism is very strong and you can open and close the same marker many times without it breaking. They are the most durable of all the stitch markers I have tried and because they lock, they do not fall out of my project while I am working or when it is stored in my project bag. It is easy to open and close the lock on these - even with one hand.

For knitting and crochet, locking stitch markers are a must and Clovers work consistently. They are far more expensive than the giant $.49 packs I also saw advertised, but I craft way too hard to buy nonsense. These can be easily opened and closed with one hand once you're done it a few times.I wish they came in more colors so I could identify my LHS vs. RHS and increases vs. decreases - I make a lot of garments that use leaning increases and it would be really nice to know at a glance what I am looking at. Lightbulb! I'm going to paint the heads on half of each color with a different color of nail polish - that way I will have 4 colors! A little work yes, but it will give me what I need. These are sturdy, precision markers. You will be able to mark stitches in socks or small amigurumi without splitting your yarn or stitches so you will be pleased with their functionality. I'm just bummed about the color choices.

Sturdy little stitch markers, really useful when you want to mark the beginning of your rows in circular knitting and be able to keep moving the marker up the knitted item. They are very light. I have other markers for lace knitting which are more weighty and slide across the needle. The two colours are handy for different coloured yarns. They come in a handy little plastic bag that I now keep in my notions bag.I haven't needed more than two at a time, and I also purchased the jumbo sized ones for when I knit with chunky wool.I would have liked it if there had been the option of buying a little bag with both sizes, less markers. They advise to store the markers open, so not sure if the plastic will become less springy with use.So far very happy!
