This is the perfect gauge for a heavier weight needle felting project. The finer gauge needles kept breaking on me but these have stood up to the task at hand!

While these needles were labeled as heavy weight, they seemed to me to be more of a medium weight. Easily broken, although that is perhaps my fault too, the Clover holder is a new thing for me.

I bought these near a year ago, when I first started needle felting. I wanted to try the different sizes to see how they felt and looked... I have yet to break one of these heavy weight needles. They are strong. I only use them individually so I don't know how they are in a tool. I really appreciate the box they come in and the ends are colored so you can't confuse them with other needles.

I love these for needle felting! Clover makes excellent quality needles that are pretty sturdy. I use them on their own and with the Clover 5 needle tool. Both ways work well.

been teaching my 8 and 9 yr old to felt (and myself) So we have had some needles break as we learn how to go in nice and straight. I bought these to replace the fine needles we broke, and so far haven't broken any of these ones.

These are high quality and noticeably thicker and stronger than other felting needles I've bought from eBay and other sites. You get quite a few for the price as well. I'll definitely be repurchasing these next time, once I go through this batch!

Good replacement felting needles. I bought these to fit the Clover pen style felting tool and they fit perfectly. A bit expensive for what they are but comparable to other brand name replacements (and more durable than the cheap bulk needles I've gotten before).

I got obsessed with making dryer balls, and needed needles. Making dryer balls can really use the needles up, maybe just b/c I'm not too careful. These seemed to work quite well, but be warned, look inside your little needle holder if you use one and see whether any have broken off, and if so, try to locate the very sharp and small needle ends.I still have a bunch of balls to make for gifts, but the obsession has worn off, so I don't know when I'll get around to it... I see the charm of needle felting, though. Good change from knitting and crocheting - how many scarves and shawls and even sweaters and socks do you family need?

These replacement needles fit perfectly into my Clover 5-needle felting tool and work great. Exactly what I needed to replace my broken, and worn out needles. Plus I couldn't find the replacements anywhere in the town I live, so was super happy to find them on Amazon, and at a good price too. Will def. purchase again next time I need to replace my needles.

These were what I was expecting. I do a lot of needle felting of heads(Santa, snowman) and they make the work go fast. I use the lighter needles for the finish work. I also needle felt hats before I wet felt them. These needles work great for that too. I use them as single needles for the heads and in the Clover tools.
