Arms are adjustable in height so you can have the staggered look if desired. Sturdy and looks nice.

We received the item in a perfect box yet the item was damaged. One of the legs is badly bent and one of the bolts has damaged threads making the bolt useless. If it wasn't damaged then the rack itself would be nice.

I love the rack...It fits all if my clothes and feels like I am in the store. I definitely recommend it. Also very sturdy!

We put this clothing rack up in my Trader Baker's booth on Thursday. It was very easy to install and there is a picture illustration in the box. All the nuts and bolts and the tool needed to install are in a bright pink plastic packet that comes in the box. You can't miss it unless you are color blind. The pieces went together smoothly and it was easy to level it using the four screws on the bottom of each piece. I did not want castors. I don't want it to roll around.It was bigger than I expected and it is super sturdy. I bought a clothing rack last year that I was afraid was going to come apart the whole time I had it up. It was not sturdy. The black finish makes the piece look very professional. It will serve my purpose of clothes display well for the booth and it will be great at home later. I see it as the perfect clothing stand for a laundry/ironing room or to help organize a large closet.I am very happy with the price I paid and I think it looks like I paid more. Great display. You can easily adjust the arms by pushing a button to make them shorter or longer. Although we took the box unopened to the booth, I think it will be easy to transport without taking the whole thing apart. The top four arms will come off and the bottom will fit easily into the car as assembled.I am one of the people who asked a question about tools with the kit or what was needed and I was super surprised and happy that four people promptly answered the question. Best response ever.
