This stitch gun is really great and works well. They give you plenty of "stitch sticks" (that is what I call them), or "tag sticks". These are the tags that get injected into your item. They give you some in white and some in black. In this kit you just get one size. (but these are available in more than one size when you find refills for them, jus fyi). They also include some of the little bear button heads, for when a quick button fix is needed. They also include extra needles, which is awesome!The thing i most love about this stitch gun, that makes it stand out from others, is the fact that it has a container attached at the top to hold all the extra parts and tags. This is so amazing! Usually, your extra stuff has to be kept elsewhere, where they can get lost or damaged. Game changer!

This is a perfect tool for many of my article of clothes. i'm not good at sewing and this is great for a quick stitch. it works on kids' clothes too. This stitch gun is easy to use for me to tailor the pants for myself

This Micro Stitch Gun is a total lifesaver for my hijabs! It's super easy to use and helps me make quick fixes without complicated sewing. The tiny plastic tags hold my hijab fabric perfectly, keeping everything neat and in place. I got this stitch gun to make repairs on costumes at our ballet studio. During the first performance that I brought the stitch gun, we used it twice to fix a zipper that popped and a small tear in a top. It is so incredibly handy to have backstage for super-quick repairs that will actually hold (at least until the end of the show when the seamstress can make more permanent fixes.). The stitches are easy to put in and easy to cut out. Love that this comes with so many stitches and in two different colors. The best part of this gun is the storage box on top that holds a ton of the stitches (and extra needles) so you're not looking all over for the strips of stitches--they're always there when you need them.

I didn't have a particular purpose in mind when I got this, I just thought it looked cool and it is. It's essentially a needle gun that shoots little plastic connectors, just like you find on the tags attached to clothes in a department store. So it's not "sewing" but it does work.I'm not sure how well the plastic would go through a laundry cycle but I don't think that's the point to this thing. I think this is for when you go to wear something and realize, at the last minute, that there's something wrong (e.g. a button is missing, the hem is off, there's a small tear) that you could fix if you had an hour to find your sewing kit and fix the problem (or if you're like me and despise sewing, take to the dry cleaner and have it fixed).This takes about 10 seconds and you have a temporary repair that will get you through until you have time to properly fix the problem. So it's a really handy thing to have around the house. I'm not sure why some reviewers are having problems, mine worked perfectly.

This was a very frustrating experience. I have a gun like this that I use with no problem so I was excited to try this version. The tags just wouldn't stay in the fabric. I tried changing the needle and spent way too much time trying to 'fix' it. Note to self: If you get a new product and feel the need to fix it because it's not working correctly , it's not a good product. Don't waste your time.
