Must have to protect yourself against germs, bacteria and viruses and CDiff. It’s one of the only cleaners that will work on Cdiff spores because it has bleach. If you have ever had or have a family member who’s had cdiff then you will realize you can’t beat it unless you use bleach and these wipes are easy to use and travel with. It has a bleach smell but you can we confident it’s effective.

I buy these wipes because they have bleach in them and that is the only thing that will kill (or at least incapacitate) a norovirus. That is the bug that makes you throw up horribly and have severe diarrhea at the same time and you feel so sick that you wished you would die. I took a package of these on an airplane the first time I used them and discovered that these are WET and drippy when they come out of the package. I dripped some liquid on my new pants and the bleach took a drop of color out. Got some on my sweater, too. Well, that's proof positive that there's bleach in there! That, and the smell of bleach, which is not overwhelming but is definitely there. I haven't found bleach wipes in the stores so am glad I can get these. I like to wipe down surfaces, like on an airplane, where lots of people have been in contact with the hard surfaces and norovirus bugs can survive. I got sicker than a dog once right after being on an airplane and I don't want to do that ever again!!!

These are great to have on hand, especially for any emergencies. My daughter had the stomach flu, through that I learned that bleach is pretty much the only thing that kills the virus! I love how this is bleach as wipes. Although you have to wear gloves and be sure you can use bleach on whatever you are using them for, they are much easier to use than bottle spraying bleach everywhere. I found that one wipe can last a while! I cleaned my entire toilet, sink, and countertop with just one. Although it is a high price point for just 20 count it lasts a while. I recommend to have these if you travel to wipe anything down that you are unsure of that hasn't been properly disinfected. I will be bring these to the airbnbs I go to especially having a child because the stomach flu is not fun, especially when traveling!

I recommend being extremely careful with use of this and using gloves. That said - It’s the best thing to stop the spread of a virus or flu in your home. After one terrible winter where my daughter had the same virus back to back to back I vowed to never again deal with that. I got this stuff and I was ready. Anytime she got sick I cleaned surfaces and door knobs, floors, and more. I’d let it sit for a minute then I followed with a water wipe to wash it off after it did it’s magic. Be mindful of what surfaces you use it on. I mostly kept it to the bathroom and doorknobs.

I purchased these to use in our room for a cruise ship. I wanted to protect our family for getting any illness from previous guest. Knowing cruise ships have such a fast turn around I wanted to make sure our room was clean. I used these daily in the bathroom (counter, toilet, shower), I also used them on handles and hard surfaces around our room. They do not discolor anything. I brought gloves to use with them.

Let's cut right to the chase - nothing kills C Diff except for prolonged exposure to bleach. Alcohol, Lysol, acid, heat, etc - they are all laughed at by this hated bacteria. Obviously scrubbing your hands with soap and water like you're about to do surgery is crucial after you use the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything, but in terms of killing any of the CDiff spores on surfaces, it has to be bleach and it's supposed to sit wet for roughly 4 minutes. No, regular Clorox wipes do not contain bleach and do not kill C Diff spores. No, your Purell will not do the job. These are part of a line from Clorox that is their Healthcare Germicidal brand. I was able to purchase Clorox Germicidal bleach from a hardware store, but couldn't find the wipes anywhere so I checked Amazon and lo and behold they're here. I used the bleach mixed 1PartBleach:9PartsWater in spray bottles for floors, bathrooms, counters, but it's messy and there's no way I was going to start spraying doorknobs and light switches and anything over/near carpet - anything where overspray was going to ruin my day. That's where these wipes come in SO handy.Obviously wear gloves when you use them - you don't want to be saturating your hands in bleach. And don't use them on fabric or yourself or anything else that doesn't line up in the Common Sense sphere. These are for hard surfaces. Toilets, handles, light switches, door knobs/locks, keys - I used them on all of the condiments in the kitchen and after 5 minutes rinsed all of the bottles off. I wiped ANY hard surface that could be found in the house - fridge handles, buttons on appliances, I used them on my iphone which has a stick-on hard cover and an Otterbox case, I wiped down appliances big and small (most of mine are stainless steel but I didn't care. Honestly if you're reading this thinking "Geez this person is crazy" then you've never had C Diff or dealt with caring for someone who has. It really is THAT hateful, contagious, deadly and hard to get rid of.)On a personal note, I highly recommend having these around not just for using on items where messy overspray would be problematic, but also when you're first dealing with CDiff you are EXHAUSTED and although these cost more than making your own spray bottles of bleach solution, you aren't faced with waiting 5 minutes of soaked areas and then mopping up and mopping with plain water, all the while running back and forth to the bathroom crying and wondering why you were smited down with this illness, and terrified that you are going to sicken someone in your house. These wipes are WAY easier, and you just wipe down and then walk away (to the bathroom for the 20th time of the day) and let it air dry. If it's an area where food is, then yes come back and wipe with a wet cloth at some later point, but that was really just the kitchen counters and such.I personally used these wipes when I got sick with CDiff and my family escaped unscathed. As for this particular size, I like having this pack with me when I'm away from home. I've been given the all clear, but I'm terrified of being reinfected while I'm getting my gut biome back in shape, so the few times we traveled and had to use bathrooms away from home I busted these out.

I purchased a pack of these to take on a cruise to wipe down the cabin prior to touching anything also I read and heard they are best for norovirus - which often strike cruise ships. They did the job - I wore gloves when using them. My only negative and reduced star is the fact that the expiration date is January 2020. So I'm not sure if this is normal but only will be good for about 2 1/2 months from time of purchase. I only used 2 of the 20 wipes while on the cruise.
