Original review: Completely broke in half the day after the return window closed. The spring (or something) snapped when opening it. We used it daily. For $20+ this is not worth it. Barely lasted a full month. Such a disappointment because we really enjoyed the product. The way it broke is just strange. Definitely a quality control issue.Edit: The company reached out apologizing for the product issue. They already took measures to change the products mechanism to prevent this issue from happening in the future, and they have offered me a replacement with the improvements at no cost. I am pleased with the sellers communication and they obviously value customer satisfaction. They were prompt on replying to my review (within two weeks). Overall, i support this company and the product itself I always liked. I am happy we have a new one coming and can continue using it. It was a staple for all our walks and super convenient for training around the house as well. BUY IT!

i noticed that the strap is pretty nice, thick material with some extra durability and spring at the bottom. a suggestion i'd make to the manufacturer, is the ring the strap attaches to, you might want to upgrade it. I havent had any problems with it yet but just saying for durability sake, that'd be a place of improvement. the case is nice and durable as well. I like that when you go to slide it close, the springs inside it help pull it close so you can be assured that it will close on its own and you don't have to worry about closing it all the way. the clicker is nice and loud, also again, durable haha . I'm impressed. glad I bought it :) gonna need to buy smaller treats

I’ve been using this clicker during our outdoor walks and training sessions, and I’m really impressed. The click is loud and clear, making it easy for my dog to stay focused, even in busy environments. The design is comfortable to hold, and it becomes an essential tool for us.

I like the design and treat holder function. Returned because my chihuahua was terrified of the clicker noise, it’s pretty loud. Not that it’s a bad thing, just not a good fit for a super anxious dog

I love this!! My dog really like the sound it makes everytime and start listen to me very well waiting for the treats and click once I take this clicker out from drawer, I will recommend this to every dog family, your dog will love it and it will be very helpful!!

We have been trying different treat bags/porches for everyday training since our dog was a puppy. But they are either too big for a short walk or don’t fit the outfit. This is a perfect find! It has perfect size and look. The most important addition is it’s also a training clicker! Ideal for everyday walk and reward~ We love it so much!

This product overall was a really good idea for anyone who wants to train their pets.Pros: Small, portable for on the go, generally a great idea for trainersCons: A bit pricey for the quality, my cat quickly learnt how to open this device, the treats have to be cut up very small to fit into the clickerI think overall the design could be improved if the design was a bit more solid, and clipped shut.
