They said it was a direct replacement for my model ionizer but the pink plug pins are offset and the plug will not seat properly. I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls so trimmed the plug. Cut the cord from the old ionizer and I’ll just buy another, less expensive element next time.

The package arrived opened with the product half sticking out of the box, like it was crammed it but didn't quite fit. Makes me wonder whether it was used or not, so will probably just return. Disappointed.
