How to Order the Appropriate Size?
Table Top Measurement
Before place order, please measure your table top firstly, then order the measure dimensions (Width x Length) or slightly bigger in Length so it can protect the edge of your table. The material will shrink, so our factory cut it a bit larger than advertised size to account for shrinkage.
Clear and Frosted Version
The CLEAR pad is the best choice for textured tabletops or on top of a tablecloth. For smooth and polished surfaces such as stoving varnished, marble or glass tops, please use FROSTED to avoid watermarks and air bubbles.

We first purchased this about 5 years ago. We loved it and it stood up very well to years of daily use yet remained clear and looked great. It’s so nice and thick that it protects the wood and table cloths beneath it perfectly. While shipped in a large roll, it quickly flattens out after a few hours and fit the table perfectly - The size was exactly as ordered. We loved it and how it’s so thick and stays nicely in place on the table.While it survived thousands of meals and projects preformed on that table, it could not survive a mother-in-law’s brightly colored reusable holiday bag and we ended up with a perfect copy of the colors and patterns of the bag she left sitting on the table for just a few minutes. There must be some new type of printing process going on as we never experienced anything like this in the prior 5 years, but those color dyes were transferred in to the plastic and would not come out with any cleaners.The new one looks just as good as the original, and retains the nice thick, heavy plastic we loved all those years. And we now know to NOT let people throw their brightly colored plastic bags on our dinning table!

This is thick, good quality. I can see the finish under this but it will not stay down. It curls on the end despite trying various methods to get it to lay flat.

Great product, used on top of an antique buffet that I turned into a bar for the dining room. Nice and thick, great quality. Corners are very slightly rounded.

This looks great and seems to be very durable! I accidentally cut it an inch shorter then I should have but I warmed it and was able to stretch it to fit. Turned out great. Would highly recommend! I will share my bonding/ getting it nice and flat method. Place a towel on the surface and go over it with an iron. Please use it responsibly.

This OstepDecor clear table protector 16x54" is clear, smooth and it was exactly that! So easy to place onto the top of my crafting furniture. Using a hair dryer, the plastic unfolded effortlessly. Once it was flat, trimming the plastic using a Exacto knife was so easy. I placed a glue dot on each corner to hold in place. The price of $24 was a little more than I had wanted to pay since I needed more than one protector but more reasonable than cut glass tops. I love the protection this product gives the furniture and would recommend this item.

I had high hopes of this table protector, based on the overall reviews. I had it for a week now, but it’s still not flat. I had it pressed with heavy books, had it exposed to sunlight for days (my dining table get direct sunlight n the afternoon), and finally used hair dryer this morning. Nothing can straight it. Because of the bumpiness, this plastic cover looks cheap. I can only use it to protect my dining table from my cats scratches while I’m away, I can’t have it on when I have guests over.

I bought this to cover a credenza which I keep many of my plants on. It came in a roll but was easily flattened overnight with books on the corners. It’s a perfect fit!

I read reviews warning that the plastic came rolled, which turned out just fine, with instructions provided for how to lay it flat (see photo of the instructions). I allowed for a week of gentle coaxing so as to not create creases while flattening it. I bought two different sizes for two different surfaces, and they’re both flattening out very nicely. I took to heart both the product cautions about not placing the plastic directly on a glossy hard surfaces, as well as review complaints about the same. So I placed a tablecloth on a near-glossy wood wood dinner table with the plastic on top of the cloth. For the other unfinished desk surface, the plastic is not sticking to it at all and nicely showcases the wood grain underneath. I have learned that the ink from glossy, soft cover printed material can stick to the plastic, but it washed off when I discovered it. I imagine the plastic will need to be replaced I every couple of years. Super satisfied to have the plastic trashed rather than the nice surfaces underneath.

I have a 54"x36" wooden table that I wanted to protect from damage by our young children, but it is a nice piece of furniture that I didn't want to hide under a tablecloth. The many different dimensions offered by the company did not match my table so I planned to buy the next-larger size and cut it to fit on my own as suggested by other commenters. I was hesitant to do this because I knew if I made a mistake making the cuts I would then be unable to return the cover for a replacement or refund. I contacted the seller to explain my concern, and they were extremely understanding and helpful. The representative instructed me to purchase the next smaller size (which was actually less expensive) and then to immediately follow up with an email to her that specified my order number and the exact dimensions that we needed for our table. To get the custom service, I had to make sure to order the product directly from their warehouse and not from the Amazon supplier (which was also less expensive--along with free shipping!). She gave me very clear details about how to make the order this way. I followed her instructions, and 2 weeks later the product arrived--and it was cut perfectly! They did a far better job than I could have ever hoped to do on my own. The rep warned me that they would leave it a few millimeters long on either side as it was likely to shrink slightly in the first few weeks. I haven't noticed any significant "shrinkage" ...but the cover fits well and looks great on our table! It's high-quality material that stays in place, is easy to clean, and I haven't noticed any scratches or clouding in the 2 months we've had it so far.The level of customer service they gave us is sadly a rarity these days and it was very refreshing to work with a company that was so eager to fulfill their clients' needs.
