So we provide a 1-year, hassle-free replacement in case of damage during transit or manufacturing defects.
All our glasses are dishwasher safe, but we recommend to put them in the top rack and allow a cooling off period before using. Do not put in microwave or use to serve hot drinks.
We don’t use harmful materials in making our glassware, so you only get beautiful glass pieces without toxins or lead. Made from recycled materials, they’re also a great choice in helping conserve the planet.

All our products are 100% lead-free & toxin-free, manufactured out of recycled soda bottles. They come packed with recycled cardboard and water-dissolvable packing peanuts. The recycled glass used in their production gives them a slight tint mostly noticeable in the base of the glass.

I love this product! These glasses are made in Mexico (or at least that’s what it says on the bottom of the glass). They have a unique design unlike any I’ve ever seen. The value is great for the money. They are dishwasher safe which makes them easy to clean. They fit in your hand well and are great quality!

Where do I start? The quality is far above any glass set I’ve ever owned. These will be my last set. Thick, sturdy, beautiful, moderate weight and wash well in the dishwasher. Look no more.

Perfect large size, glass is a nice neutral color, not greenish like some cheap glasses are.Sometimes this Mexican-style glass is cloudy and wavy, and has bubbles - these glasses don't have any of that. Which works for me. Very happy with these

They’re really beautiful and have a nice weight to them. Unfortunately after less than 6 months I only have a couple left. They end up all getting this hairline crack in them even though we barely use them (we have double wall tumblers for every day use) and hand wash them. They all split in the same area as well so seems to be a defect.For as expensive as they are I’d expect them to last a long time.

All 6 glasses arrived in perfect condition, no cracks. They were individually wrapped in styrofoam wrap and the box was packed with biodegradable packing peanuts. As the glasses are handmade, they do vary slightly and some are a little more wonky than others. If you are looking for glasses that are all exactly alike then these are not for you. The large size is great and exactly what I was looking for.

I have been looking for quality, rustic glassware, heavy but not too large, to go with my Vietri dinnerware, which is white and is cast to look like handmade/thrown pottery. The edges of the Vietri dinnerware are tinged slightly darker than the rest of the plate/bowl/cup to mimic rustic edging. The Mexican glasses I purchased go perfectly with the dishes - they are weighty without being clunky and complement the table setting without distracting from my dishes. They are cylindrical (they don’t taper outward from the bottom to the rim) from top to bottom and have nice smooth rims. I am so happy with the quality of the glasses!! They are thick, look slightly imperfect, as do most hand blown glasses, and they have a slight tint (greenish but not green). They look exactly like the picture shown when I purchased them. They came well- packed in cardboard and a small amount of peanuts for cushioning. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for quality rustic glassware.

Glasses are beautiful, are of good quality and authentic. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of delivery experience. The courier required me to pay an additional $23 taxes on top of purchase price which wasn’t noted at time of purchase. The carrier then wanted me to pick up at their depot in a neighbouring city 30 minutes drive from where I live. I finally did manage to get them to deliver after two phone calls and about 40 minutes being on hold. If it weren’t for the delivery issues I would rate 5 stars. Love the glasses.

So glad I purchased these - they're a beautiful clear, slightly green color with characteristic bubbles and slight differences between each glass that make them unique. The glass is thick and seems to be well-crafted without being uncomfortable or too heavy to drink from or hold. I've already washed them in the dishwasher on the top rack and so far, so good (hoping they don't dull or lose their shine over time). They were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They're a great size for iced coffee and look so good on an open shelf!
