I got these chairs to replace the rolling chairs my elderly parents had at home (they needed sturdy non-rolling chairs with arm rests for safety). These work great. Comfortable and don’t tip over easily. The only con is that they are complicated to assemble. I’m fairly handy and have handled my fair share of Ikea furniture but these were difficult, but still worth buying IMHO. My suggestions: Assemble using a higher quality hex wrench, instead of the cheap one that’s included. Also, the plastic caps that go on the back of the arm rests are really hard to snap into place. I had to use a hammer, but be careful not to hit it hard otherwise the plastic will crack.

The chairs are flimsy, they are poorly constructed and putting them together is a nightmare. None of the holes align on the different parts and what should take only a few minutes to assemble turns into an incredibly frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS.

I couldn't get the back cover pieces on the two chairs I purchased. They are not essential and no one would really know, but it would be nice if they fit on the way they were intended. There were four of us trying to get them to fit. I just ended up tossing the pieces in the trash. Otherwise, the chairs are good and what I was looking for.

I have been shopping for conference chairs for our church for quite some time. Our interior designer suggested some mesh-backed stacking chairs that were almost $300 a piece - I just couldn't rationalize that cost! I needed something that was contemporary, comfortable, and stacking. Lightweight is important, too. These really seem to fit the bill, and for nearly 1/4 the price of comparable chairs out there, you can't go wrong. The bottom cushion is a bit stiff, but I bet they will soften up over time. Some assembly is required. I purchased one initially and then after receiving and testing I bought 24 more. A great buy all around.

I purchased this for a senior home. The chair arms connect to the back so resident's arms could not get caught as they do in others. The chair holds up to 250 or 275 pounds. It's a higher back than many others, and it is very sturdy. In addition, the back is so comfortable, as it supports the arch and your lower back for hours. The mesh breathes and the bottom is black so it doesn't show stains. It's been an excellent addition in our Sun Room! ... And customer service is top knotch! One came with a broken arm rest and they promptly mailed us a new one and a label to send the old one back. Very easy to work with! However it is tricky to assemble and the instructions are not entirely accurate.... But I will be buying a few more sets from this company as the product is excellent and so is the customer service.
